More than a handful of micro lending institutions promise speedy service. But not all of them are able to provide clients with loan approvals in 2 to 3 hours. City Finance is the exception. This financial institution, which has ten years’ experience in the industry, gives clients feedback within this time period, with the added benefit of servicing blacklisted clientele. City Finance’s speciality lies in the provision of unsecured loans, such as personal loans, consolidation loans; second bonds and bridging finance. There are no upfront fees charged.
Personal loans and consolidation loans are available from R1000 up to R120 000, and clients are given 72 months to repay the loan amount. Blacklisted individuals are offered cash loan facilities of up to R20 000. They may also apply for personal loans not exceeding this amount. Second bond facilities are created for home owners, especially those with a positive equity on property. A second bond is registered when a client applies to attain additional funds over and above the amount of their bond. A benefit encompassed in this option is that clients are rewarded with extra cash in their pockets. The organisation’s Bridging finance option is tailored for home owners who have sold their property but are waiting for the transfer of their homes.
Application prerequisites are an identity document copy, the last 3 months’ bank statements, a monthly payslip for salary earners and 4 latest payslips for weekly earners. Application forms can be downloaded online and faxed or emailed to City Finance. An alternate option is to complete the application online.
