If you love using FNB’s online banking, you’ll love FNB Connect. FNB Connect was recently launched by FNB and it represents their mobile services, which are sold separately from their other services.
FNB is doing things differently, as SIM cards are not sold with devices but rather separately. This gives customers the chance to choose from a range of mobile data and voice products. Customers can manage their mobile accounts through the FNB online banking platform, where they can also do their banking and mobile business at the same time.
They call their package the Flexi Package and that means that customers can create a mobile package that is customised to their unique needs, which they can also change every month.
FNB has another first with their Auto Top-Up feature. This automatically tops up their airtime balances when drops below R5. Other self-service options includes SIM Swap, activation of international roaming calls through online banking and a Block your SIM feature.

FNB Connect offers customers competitive rates and potential discounts and eBucks rewards. FNB promises for every R100 spend on FNB Connect prepaid airtime, their clients get R15 back in free prepaid airtime or on their qualifying FNB connect contract.
Customers can also earn eBucks on their contract when they load their airtime and the amount of eBucks they will receive will depend on their reward level but it can be up to 40% back on a qualifying contract, or if they load FNB connect prepaid airtime.
