How the Woolworths App works:
By using the Woolworths app you can access your Woolworths account information on your mobile device wherever you are. You can use the app to view your current limit, available funds and your current balance.
You can also view your next payment date, the minimum payment due; your last 10 transactions as well as the statement of your year to date spend.
Using the app also means that you can save yourself a lot of time. Instead of having to spend hours on the phone, using the app is easier, quicker and cheaper.
How to download the Woolworths App:
Visit the mobi site www.m.woolies.co.za or dial *120*985#
Enter the URL dl.wfs.co.za into the mobile browser’s address field.
Click on your phone model and follow the prompts to install the app
Downloading costs around 20 cents on average, so you won’t have to worry about spending too much. The app also works with WAP-enabled phones, iPhones, Android phones, Blackberry, Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and HTC.
To access the Woolworths Financial Services application, click on the WFS icon and follow the prompts to open the application.
Personal information that will be required includes your ID number and your Woolworths account number. You won’t have to spend hours setting the app up.
If your phone is lost or stolen, you can call Woolworths Customer Service on 0861 50 20 20. A consultant will guide you through the process of blocking your account so that no unauthorised transactions can be made.
