Yoga Works and Superdry South Africa will give you a good stretch this winter in a fun and funky yoga session. This is the next level in the Go with the Flow series of yoga events in the inner city.

You’ll be enjoying amazing views over the city from this superb location, while moving through a playful and active yoga sequence geared to all levels of yogis and some calming stretches and a quiet relaxation at the end.

During the yoga practice there will be a soundtrack and live vinyl-only set by DJ Abby Nurock. And after the yoga session, why not take the opportunity to discover this part of your city a bit more and roam around Newtown or neighbouring Braamfontein, or the Joburg CBD afterwards?

Make sure you take a yoga mat (or old towel) water, and something warm for longer relaxation at the end of the session. There will be lots of secure parking available at the venue.

Presale tickets cost R100 per person or R120 at the door. To book your tickets, visit yogaworks.nutickets.co.za. The first 250 tickets sold will include a free Superdry sweat towel and water bottle.
